Welcome to Water + Yeast LLC

Water + Yeast is a cottage food bakery out of Avon Lake, Ohio, specializing in artisanal baking using locally sourced ingredients. My goal is to bring delicious traditional and unconventional flavored baked goods at a competitive price. All of the baked goods are vegan but I hope the products pique interest no matter what your diet. I have been baking as a hobby for the past 6 years and commercially for the past year and a half. I started up Water + Yeast because of my passion for baking and my dream to one day have a bakery of my own and produce a wide assortment of vegan baked goods for the community.
